How May 2027 scores in Orlando

  • Overall score

    7*/10 (provisional) 7*/10 Good

The main score for Orlando in May 2027, from 1 to 10, where 10 is best for the visitor. Weather counts for 40%, crowds 25%, daylight 10% and uniqueness 25%. Air quality is shown on its own. How we score

Overall 7*/10: (0.4×7 + 0.25×5 + 0.1×9) ÷ 0.75 = 4.95 ÷ 0.75 = 6.60 → 7. *From three of the four aspects: uniqueness is not measured for this month, so the other three aspects' weights are scaled to add up to 1.

When to go

May is the last month before the official Atlantic hurricane season, which the National Hurricane Center says begins in June. The National Weather Service's Melbourne table lists higher average temperatures and more rainfall for May than for April, so keep some flexibility in outdoor plans. Memorial Day, a federal holiday, closes the month, and Visit Orlando lists Orlando Carnival Downtown events on the weekend leading into it, so check those dates against your trip.
