Montréal in June
When to go
June brings the start of summer to Montréal. Environment and Climate Change Canada's most recent normals for the Montréal-Trudeau station list the month's typical highs and lows, its rain days and the days when the humidex runs high, so pack for warm afternoons and cooler evenings and check the forecast close to your dates. The Québec government's Fête nationale site says festivities take place across Québec on the twenty-third and twenty-fourth of June. Tourisme Montréal lists Les Francos de Montréal in mid-June and the Jazz Festival from late June into early July, both in the Quartier des spectacles.

Flights
The Canada Border Services Agency recommends a valid passport for US citizens and notes that airlines may ask for different documents, so check both, along with the State Department's page for Canada, before you book. Montréal-Trudeau takes part in Advance Declaration in the ArriveCAN app, and the airport says flights to the United States go through US preclearance there, so there are no other formalities when you land back home. The airport bus line runs around the clock between the airport and downtown. Check the airlines directly for current flight and route information.
