Guanacaste in March
When to go
March closes the dry period that Costa Rica's national meteorological institute describes for the Pacífico Norte region, which includes Guanacaste, and the same summary names the following month as a transition month. The Liberia climate table lists the month's temperatures and precipitation, so check the daily highs against your plans for beach and park days. Check the labor ministry's holiday circular for the year you travel.
