Check the airlines directly for current flight and route information. The EU's official travel site says the Entry/Exit System is now fully operational at external border crossings and that ETIAS, the planned travel authorisation, is not yet in operation, so read that site and the State Department's page for the Netherlands for current entry rules before you book.
